Welcome to Plumi Mirror. These Conditions of Sale govern your purchase of products and services from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General
- Eligibility: Purchases are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.
- Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and verification of information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have acknowledged the product and accept its characteristics.
2. Payment
- Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
- Billing: Payment is due at the time of order placement. Ensure that all billing information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- Security: All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
3. Shipping
- Delivery Options: We offer various shipping methods. The available options and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
- Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is correct. Plumi Mirror is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Risk: The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4. Warranty
- Manufacturer's Warranty: Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Any additional information regarding the warranty is provided in the product description or on its packaging.
- Inspection and Notice of Defects: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the condition of the product upon receipt. Any apparent defect (e.g., transport damage, non-conformity) must be reported without delay, and no later than 3 working days following the receipt of the package, by email to info@plumi-mirror.ch. The email must include the order details as well as proof of the defect (description, photo, etc.). Without notification within this period, the product is deemed to be accepted by the customer.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Right of Return: As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, you have a right of return of 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item that does not suit you, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions: For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged.
- The item must be complete, unused, and in perfect resalable condition.
- The return must be accompanied by the original order information or the return authorization. - Return Procedure: To exercise your right of return, please contact us beforehand by email at info@plumi-mirror.ch, stating your order number.We will provide you with a return authorization and the relevant shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Costs: The shipping costs for returning the product are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the return package. The shipping costs paid with the original order are non-refundable.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the approval of your refund. If the return conditions are met, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Scope: Plumi Mirror is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our products.
- Responsibility: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Modifications
Plumi Mirror reserves the right to update or modify these Conditions of Sale at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and your continued purchases after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
